What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom drones?
For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization (functional adjustments), the MOQ is 100 units. The MOQ can be adjusted based on your order volume, and corresponding discounts will also be offered.
Can we get 1-2 samples first to test the performance?
Yes! For the first cooperation, you can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After you are satisfied with the test, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment. Samples are shipped with standard configuration by default.
Do you provide flight tuning support?
Yes. For bulk orders, we offer free online tuning guides (videos + manuals) for 3 scenarios: racetrack racing, freestyle flying, and indoor practice.
Is crash damage covered under the warranty?
Electronic components (motors, ESCs, flight controllers) come with a 1-year warranty under normal use. For specific issues, please consult our customer service.
Are your drones compatible with mainstream FPV goggles?
They are compatible with all mainstream frequency band transmitters and goggles. We can also pre-install designated receivers according to your needs.
How is the shipping handled for international orders?
